Texan BBQ Sauce with Corn On the Cob & Wedges

Ingredients & Method

What you need

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 pot of Chicken Tonight Texan BBQ sauce
  • Corn on the cob and potato wedges to serve
  • Knob of butter (optional)

How to make it

  1. Season chicken breast fillets and cook in a little olive oil and butter in a griddle pan or frying pan until thoroughly cooked
  2. Heat the sauce on the hob or in a microwave and pour over the sauce
  3. Serve with corn on the cob with a knob of butter (optional) and potato wedges
