Chicken & Mushroom
Pasta Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Chicken Tonight Creamy Mushroom Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 450g Chicken Breast, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 200g pasta shapes
  • 150g Cheddar Cheese

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F/170°C Fan Oven/Gas Mark 5.
  2. Bring a large pan of water to the boil and cook the pasta according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and gently fry the chicken until golden brown. Add the Chicken Tonight Creamy Mushroom sauce to the chicken and bring to a simmer.
  4. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and add to the chicken mixture.
  5. Pour into an oven proof dish and top with the cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
