Cook the chicken and Chicken Tonight Chipotle & Lime Sauce as per the jar instructions.
Boil 300g of long grain rice for approximately 10 minutes and drain.
Fry the onion, peppers, garlic and cumin for 5 minutes and then add the kidney beans and cook for a further 5 minutes. Add the cooked rice and combine until warmed through.
Serve the Chipotle & Lime Chicken on the bed of Rice.
Want it hotter then add a teaspoon of chilli for that extra hit.
