Peel and cut the potatoes into slices and layer in a greased shallow baking dish. Between each layer cover with Chicken Tonight Leek and Bacon Sauce and a sprinkling of the ham chunks.
Once finished cover the final layer with the grated cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C, 250F or gas mark 4 for 1 hour.
Great served with any roast, especially chicken.
